Cupcake Birthday Tees are here!
This adorable birthday set includes a cupcake applique shirt and a matching bib with your child's birthday number. An embroidered monogram or name is available as an add-on feature.

We use Old Navy shirts for the cupcake applique design. We handcut your cupcake from three fabrics, so each shirt is made especially for your little birthday girl. The birthday number is made in coordinating pastel pink polka dot fabric in your child's age.

You may add a birthday candle (or two...) instead of the "cherry on top" to your cupcake. The birthday set for little boys is coming soon!

My Polka Dot Kids

Here's a photo of our little neighborhood play group. They are my "polka dot kids" because I'm always thinking of which products they will use, which fabrics their moms will like, and how I can make their lives more FUN. They are my inspiration for the new kid's products I'm developing like t-shirts, more bags, bibs, blankets and tool belts and more!

There are a few kids missing from the picture - you know hard it is to get a picture of everyone! Back to our play group...the moms are wonderful and so are the kids! I hope you enjoy the photo - it's the classic "line 'em up on the sofa" method from Mom Photography 101. I think we had a Baby Einstein video playing, or else the photo would have been a bunch of blurred images of kids running in all directions...

Happy Easter and Happy Spring!

We are so happy that spring is here (and cannot believe that Easter is THIS SUNDAY)! My daughter will be 3 years old in less than a month and we have had so much fun this year dying Easter eggs, eating lots of chocolate and reading books about the Easter bunny. My 8-month-old has no idea what is going on (except that there is a large Easter basket filled with FUN plastic grass to pull and shred and spill all over the floor). What a great time of year!
I wish I could say the bulbs I planted in the fall were popping out of the ground, but oops! I didn't plant any bulbs. We're in a new house and I had a new baby...I'll do better this year. I'm the girl you'll find at the home improvement store this weekend searching for some flowers to plant in pots to make my home ready for spring. Maybe the Easter lillies will go on sale this weekend....
Speaking of sales, I picked up some adorable miniature chinese take-out boxes in the St. Patrick's Day clearance bin for my daughter's party favors. They are solid green and I'm thinking of painting them or covering them in polka dot stickers...I'll keep you posted.
